To get the value, nine months and seven days is added to the LMP inputed
For the Gestational age
The day number of both the LMP and the current date are extracted e.g the day number for January 5th 2024 is 5 because it is the 5th day out of 365 days in a year, then the LMP is subtracted from from the current date. The result is divided by seven , converting it to weeks.
